1. As stated in the Terms and Conditions of Use you may have only one (1) account with PartyGaming. The name on your PartyAccount must match your true and legal name and identity. If you have more than one (1) account or accounts in different names, then you must contact us immediately to have your accounts merged. If you have lost your Account Name or Password, please contact us for a replacement. If we discover that you have more than one (1) account, we may close your accounts and confiscate your account balances as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. PartyGaming reserves the right to send particular promotions to particular players. Promotional offers are intended for the addressed recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended recipient, then the offer is null and void. Unless you have elected not to receive promotional information, we may also use any personal information you provide to us (including your email address), to provide you (by email or otherwise) with information regarding our contests and promotions, as further described in our Privacy Policy. We may request additional information from you if you wish to participate in our special promotions. Participation in these promotions is completely voluntary. 3. PartyGaming reserves the right to limit the number of times that a player may participate in a promotion. Where multiple participation is permitted, we reserve the right to limit the number of participations, in our sole discretion. 5.1. Real money bonuses will always be subject to a deposit requirement of at least $50 dollars for players who do not have an account with PartyGaming prior to cash out of any winnings from such bonuses.

5.2. For Dallas Mavericks bonus codes, players are subject to a deposit requirement of at least $50 and a requirement that they play at least four hundred (400) raked hands within thirty (30) days of that deposit.

6. Unless otherwise specified in the offer itself and/or supplementary disclaimer page, the standard release requirement is that the bonus amount will be placed into an intermediate account ("Bonus Account") where it will be held until:

For Poker: You play raked hands equal to seven (7) times the bonus amount within seven (7) days of making your deposit. Once that condition has been met, the amount will be released to your account to be played with and/or cashed out.

For Casino: If no restriction is stated for any particular bonus, then the bonus must be wagered 7 times BEFORE making any cash out.

8. Transfers made between accounts (player "A" transferring money to player "B") do not qualify as a deposit to claim any bonus offer.

8.1. Reverse cash outs do not qualify as a deposit for any bonus offer.

9. Hands/wagers played at tournament tables or play money tables will not be included in calculating the number of hands/wagers played for releasing the bonus amount.

10. PartyGaming reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice.
