1) In addition to the definitions set forth in our Terms and Conditions of Use, the following definitions shall apply: 'You' are the person telling a friend via the Tell-a-Friend Form; your 'Friend' is the person being told about us via the Tell-a-Friend Form; and the 'Payment' is, together, the release of a sign up bonus ('Sign Up Bonus') in to your Friend's real money account and the release of a referral fee ('Referral Fee') into Your real money account. The amount of the Sign Up Bonus and Referral Fee is set out in the relevant bonus code terms and conditions in Part Two below ('Bonus Code Terms').

2) Your Friend must not already have an Account or have previously held an Account with Us under the same name or any other name or alias. Players are only permitted to have one (1) Account with Us.

3) Before completing the Tell-a-Friend Form and clicking the 'Submit' button you must ensure that all of the friends whose names and email addresses you are supplying have consented to receive a Tell-a-Friend referral email and are eighteen (18) years of age or over (or such other higher minimum legal age in the jurisdiction in which they live), and that it is legal for them to participate in and place bets on the relevant Platform in the jurisdiction in which they live.

4) To receive the Sign Up Bonus in their bonus account, your Friend must: (a) open a real money Account within the period set out in the relevant Bonus Code Terms , using the unique alphanumeric code that We may provide; (b) make the minimum required first deposit as set out in the relevant Bonus Code Terms into their real money Account within the prescribed number of days from the date they register for an Account ('Minimum First Deposit') and (c) meet the relevant release restrictions as set out in the Bonus Code Terms ('Release Restrictions').

5) Once the Minimum First Deposit has been made, the Sign-Up Bonus will automatically be released into your Friend's bonus account. The Sign-Up Bonus will only be released into your Friend's real money Account once the Release Restrictions have been satisfied.
6) Unless specified in the relevant Bonus Code Terms, to receive the Referral Fee for referring a friend, You must:

1. not be resident in a Restricted Territory ('Restricted Territory' means Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Burma, China, Cook Islands, Cuba, Guatemala, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Nauru, Nigeria, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, or the United States of America. We reserve the right to modify and alter this list at any time, at Our sole discretion); and
2. have a real money Account (an Account to which real money has previously been deposited) with Us to which the Referral Fee will be credited. The Referral Fee will be on hold until your Friend makes the Minimum Deposit and satisfies the Release Requirements.

7) If your Friend already has an Account with us the Tell-a-Friend reference is not valid, and neither your Friend or You will be entitled to the Payment.

8) In addition, the Standard Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions apply, except as otherwise specified above. All activity is governed by Our Terms and Conditions.
